[Okay, so a new city wasn't always a bad thing to see!  At least here, nobody recognized him.  Take in some sights, go see a movie, analyze potential security flaws, valuable hostages, etc, all in a day's work for the good doctor, right?  Of course, he's not all serious and hardworking about conquering the world all the time.  Even mad scientists need a day off once in awhile, right?  Of course, being that he hasn't tried to take over yet, he'll freely ignore claims of being evil.  After all, he's turned over a new leaf!

That is, until he decides otherwise.  For now, though, you might catch this particular Wily heading into or out of a movie theater, or maybe buying some ice cream.  Certainly not the picture of anyone suspicious, aside from that hair.  Just remarkably unfriendly.]
