Tornado Man had no idea how he a short trip away from Dr. Light's lab would land him to a city he did not recognize in the least. His attempts at contacting anyone back home wasn't working. It was as if there was some sort of interference.

He opted to wander through the streets as well, hoping to find someone who could set him in the right direction. Or at least see a familiar face which he did. Sort of. In a form of X.

He doesn't hide his surprise as he quickly approached.
