[EVENT] Welcome to the City!

The rift is rather quiet, lately. It has been for some time. Long-time members of the city know better though - that was only the calm before the mechanical storm. Soon enough, the rift rumbles again and a new wave of visitors begin to arrive all at once!

Some of these newcomers might notice a bright red metal device fit perfectly to their wrist. There is no apparent way to remove the device and any attempts to break it prove that it is nearly indestructible. More troubling is the ominous digital timer on the top of the device, slowly ticking down from 01:00:00. One hour.

What the new arrivals don't know is that in one hour, the devices will explode... Into confetti! The device is basically a timed Party Ball you wear on your wrist, complete with happy jingle and a teeny-tiny banner that says, "WERCOME TO HAPPY CITY, ARR OF GUEST!"

"Who are you calling scrap!?" There's only the slightest of split-second pauses before he retorts, pressing forward and jabbing an accusatory finger at her in an attempt to look menacing. Her tone does strike him as oddly familiar, but he writes it off as coincidence almost immediately.

"The only ones bound for the scrap heap are OTHER dumbass robots! You're looking at the best there is!"

Breaking aaaaaaall the brains are fun.

"The best at being scrap, you mean," Wily is indifferent to Forte's posturing and such things. She snorts too, it's not a very lady-like sound either.

"And I thought no one could make a stupider robot than Rock, but you're proving me wrong! What's your name, scrap heap?"

ALL of them! Also bluh, posting super late means my own brain is dead. @_@ Moar after sleep.

[plays_it_loud]

And he has a snort to match!

"Rock's a moron, but there's no way-

-...wait a damn second! You know the blue brat?" Okay, NOW she's getting a much more critical look over, Forte's scowl deepening. "Never freaking seen you before. I'm Forte, what's it to ya?"

He'll just be crossing his arms, clearly paying a good bit more attention now.

sleep is good, I gotta head that way myself actually.

"Blue brat? While he does enjoy wearing blue, a lot," Forte please don't ask why she knows this, you would not want to know. "He's a bit to ignorant to be a brat."

And she's gonna roll her eyes at Forte's introduction to her before she clears her throat and says as proudly as she can just who she is.

"I am the great Doctor Wily! Or I will be when I'm done school and if I can get a good look at stupid Light's lab."

[plays_it_loud]

"He's an annoying-ass goody-two-shoes, close enough!"

At her boastful introduction, however, he double-takes for a moment before flat-out groaning, giving a facepalm that's admittedly half to hide an expression of mild horror.

"Oh for the love of fuck, please don't tell me you're related to the old fart. What, does the crazy run in the family or something?"

Dear god, he can totally see the resemblance now. Help.

"Poppa is not an 'old fart'!" She's assuming Forte means her father, since that is the only relation she has... technically speaking.

"Nor is he crazy. So you better shut your mouth, your violet striped fish face!"

The insult isn't the best, but then again she is just a kid.
